Hey, My father came ashore with the 24th Armored Engineer Battalion and served through St. Lo, Nancy and The Bulge. He was with Headquarters Company, and then a platoon leader in C company towards the Bulge period. He was 2nd Lt. Heber "Gus" Brill from Maine. A West Pointer. His grandson is also a West Pointer and a 1st Lt in a FA unit. Dad would be proud...
